A collaborative, nurse practitioner-led team committed to providing compassionate, patient-centered primary care for our community.
At Blue Heron Primary Care, our providers work collaboratively to ensure timely, high-quality care. While we strive to schedule patients with their preferred provider whenever possible, you may occasionally be seen by another member of our clinical team to help maintain access and minimize delays. As a teaching practice, we are also proud to partner with nurse practitioner students, who may participate in your care under the direct supervision of your provider.
Michele Masse, MSN, FNP-BC
Michele is a thoughtful listener who follows evidence‑based clinical guidelines and is passionate about preventive care that goes beyond standard screenings. Outside of work, she is family‑oriented and loves spending time with her children and grandchildren.

Nurse Practitioner
Lauren is a graduate of Johns Hopkins University. She is a careful listener who follows clinical guidelines and partners with patients in shared decision‑making to find a plan that fits their lives. Outside of work, she enjoys reading and walking her dog.
Annmarie Moccia
Annmarie is our office manager and the backbone of our day‑to‑day operations. With over 30 years of experience in the medical field, she keeps the practice running smoothly so our team can focus on patient care.
