Michele is a thoughtful listener who follows evidence‑based clinical guidelines and is passionate about preventive care that goes beyond standard screenings. Outside of work, she is family‑oriented and loves spending time with her children and grandchildren.

Hope Daggett, MSN, ANP-BC
Hope has over 20 years of experience in healthcare. Her passion for nursing goes beyond treating symptoms; she believes in caring for the physical, mental, and emotional aspects of each patient’s wellness. Outside of the office, she loves baking, spending time with her family and dogs, and gardening.

Registered Nurse (NP Student)
Lauren is a soon‑to‑graduate nurse practitioner student from Johns Hopkins University. She is a careful listener who follows evidence‑based clinical guidelines and partners with patients in shared decision‑making to find a plan that fits their lives. Outside of work, she enjoys reading and walking her dog.
Eliza Bowles
Eliza is our medical assistant and phlebotomist. She is warm, kind, and helps patients feel at ease during their visits. Eliza is currently pursuing her nursing degree. Outside of work, she loves to hike and travel to national parks.
